Mildronate, meldonium history

1970 Mildronate is developed at the head of professor Ivars Kalvins by the group of scientists at the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis.

1976  First licence for registering and Certification of the Soviet Union writers.

1980  Research.

1984   Allowed for use in medication.

1988–2007  Registered in Armenia, Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.

2002–2005  Recognized as the greatest export merchandise of Latvia.

2005 – 2008  Is recognized as the greatest prescription drug of foreign production at Ukraine.

2006–  2008 Is ranked among products in Belarus.

2008  Mildronate is a part of the Top-20 products in the commercial section of the pharmaceutical marketplace of Russia.

2010–2014 Registration in Latvia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.

2011  “The Cardiological medicament of the year” at Ukraine.

2015 – Meldonuim are  Latvian-made pharmaceutical TOP seller in Latvia.

2016 – Mildronate develops enormous marketing when it turned out that, despite the inclusion in the WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) list of prohibited materials for athletes from 1 January.
